Why this peptide turns on belly fat
One subject dominates tesamorelin research: stubborn belly fat. It is a GHRH analogue, a compound that prompts the body to make more of its own growth hormone instead of adding the hormone from outside. The brain's signal, mimicked
Tesamorelin passes itself off as GHRH, the hormone your brain uses to tell the pituitary that growth hormone is needed. An exception: this one is a medicine
Unlike most research peptides, tesamorelin is approved somewhere: under the brand name Egrifta it is registered on prescription for a specific condition, HIV-associated lipodystrophy.
