The agreement behind every order.

These terms apply to all agreements between BasePurity and the buyer, including where the buyer uses terms of their own. Deviating arrangements are valid only where we have set them down in writing.

The offer on the website is without obligation and may change at any time. The agreement comes into being once we have confirmed your order by email. We are not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.

All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change in the meantime; for an order in progress, the price at the time of ordering applies.

Payment is made in full before we ship. At present we settle by bank transfer in advance. If further payment methods are added you will see them at checkout; what the checkout shows is what applies.

Orders received before 16:00 on a working day leave the Netherlands that same day. Stated delivery times are indicative and are not strict deadlines (see our shipping policy).

Risk in the products passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery to the address given.

Products supplied remain the property of BasePurity until the full purchase price has been paid.

We supply the products solely for laboratory research and laboratory applications. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic application, and not for cosmetic use on people.

By ordering, the buyer declares to be 18 years or older, to be acting in a research context, and to use the products only for purposes that fit within the legislation of their jurisdiction.

BasePurity is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products, human use included. Our liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.

All text, photography, design and brand expressions on this website are the property of BasePurity or its licensors. Reproduction is permitted only with written consent.

Dutch law applies exclusively to all our agreements. Disputes are put before the competent court in the district of Limburg, unless mandatory law designates another court.

Consumers may also submit a dispute through the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
