Order before 16:00 on a working day and your parcel goes out that same day. Orders placed after 16:00 or at the weekend go out the next working day.

We ship from our warehouses in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €7.95, free from €125.

Rest of the EU: €7.95, free from €125.

Inside the EU nothing is added on top. If we ship outside the EU, any import duties are for the buyer’s account.

The vial travels in a sturdy outer package that keeps it protected. Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature, so no cold chain is needed.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you get a track & trace link by email. Shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the full invoice amount.

Parcel arrived damaged? Photograph the outer packaging and the contents within 48 hours of receipt and email them to [email protected]. We will send a replacement free of charge.

If a shipment goes missing in transit, we open an investigation with the carrier. Once that is confirmed, a replacement goes out at no cost.
